Working with Alexandra was an exceptional experience. Prior to hiring Alexandra, we had worked with a long-term San Diego realtor who had represented us several times over the past 15 years. It became abundantly clear that the long term relationship shadowed his expectation of his responsibility to provide expert customer service. After spending a short time with Alexandra, we were reminded on what true customer service looked like and hired her on the spot. She prepared comps on our existing home and recommended we list at $10K over the price our previous realtor recommended. We had a full price, non-contingent, offer within 2 days!With the house selling so quickly, an urgency existed to find a new home (I don't do not owning something well). Alex recognized my concern with being in a position of moving and potentially renting for a while and she negotiated a lease back of the current property until we found another (no small feat as the couple buying was anxious to move in). In the mean time, she dedicated every weekend to helping us find our new home!Though finding a home wouldn't normally seem difficult in San Diego, our requirements were non-standard. We were specifically looking for a very private,"fixer-upper" in a rural area with a good amount land. We did not have a location (other than San Diego County) preference so Alex picked many properties that matched our needs and drove us all over the county. Each weekend she focused on a different rural area and carted us around so we could learn it better and make an informed decision. Ultimately, she took us to a home in the hills of Valley Center and we fell in love with the location and the home. The next challenge then presented itself with the selling realtor having no clue how to effect a sale. He was a part time (at best) realtor and made the inspections and paperwork an absolute nightmare which put our loan in jeopardy. One challenge after another presented itself and Alexandra navigated the waters on our behalf with true professionalism. Ultimately, she educated the selling agent enough that we were able to close and move in on time.I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs. I truly believe there is no challenge, or set of challenges, that she cannot overcome to ensure her customers are well cared for and feel like her only priority!
