Alexis Malsbury

I met Alexis over five years ago when we were searching for a house. Originally I was put with her associate. I was then given Alexis and it was a dream come true. She brought us all over and she knew exactly what we were looking for. It was a very traumatic time in my life because the house I was living in which I shared with my mother was sold, and I was pressed to get a home VERY quickly. There were lots of emotions going on during the search and lots of arguments with family members. It wasn’t easy for us and Alexis remained diligent, dignified, and caring throughout the entire time we were looking. I know it wasn’t easy for her as emotions were all over the place and that was very hard for her I am sure. Plus, we were moving multiple families and everybody had to agree on a house which made it even worse for Alexis. Working with us was probably very difficult for her, and I apologized numerous times for the way we were acting, but it didn’t bother her at all. She acted like it wasn’t happening and finally we all decided on a house. Still to this day, we have remained friends. in fact, we will be getting ready to sell this house and moving on to another project and we feel that she is the person to take this on. She is one of the most patient people I have ever come across, and she never tried to push any houses on us which we couldn’t afford or which why not in locations that would work for commuting purposes. if you are looking for a competent real estate person, she is the one. She will work hard for you and get you in a home and she will put everything in that search. She’s one of the most caring efficient people I have ever come across.

I met Alexis the end of 2018. My mother had passed away and we needed to sell her house which we all lived in. It turned out my mother‘s house had sold within 48 hours and didn’t even have to go on the market, so obviously, we were very pressed to find a house immediately. Alexis was very calm, kind and efficient during the entire process. It was very hard for us as the family tempers amongst ourselves were flying and she remained professional. It was hard because we were moving two families into one location so obviously we all had to agree on the new location,, etc. I know it was not easy for her because we were probably one of the most difficult clients she’s ever had in her life. I will be using her again to sell the home we are currently in (six years later) and I do this without hesitation, and she will be finding us another house. She is one of the nicest people I’ve ever come across in my life who really cares and that’s something you just don’t find nowadays.
