    • Alexis was/is perfect in the fact that she can adapt to each particular person's needs. Any question that popped into myself or my wife's head we simply emailed over and she responded in short time.My wife and I had a specific house we really wanted, and had already targeted prior to being introduced to Alexis. Alexis accounted for us having a very specific house in mind, showed us a few extra houses and proposed lots of options. In the end she helped us negotiate the best deal possible for the exact house we initially wanted, as she was very knowledgeable about the area-market and fully leveraged every factor we had in our favor. If you are experienced and knowledgeable she will streamline the process for you. (I had experience working with realtors, brokers and lenders in the past). If you are new or unfamiliar with certain aspects of the home buying process she will be there to guide you throughout every step of process. (My wife was relatively new to the process, and did not feel left out or in the dark on anything). If you are busy she will do the leg work. I cannot tell you how reassuring it was that I could go about my day at work (the reason most people can afford to buy a house) and not have to worry about the process slowing down because I was busy. She showed us around houses, opened our house for the inspection, the re-inspection, was present at the title company's office for our signing, and finally met us to hand-off the keys in front of our home once it was officially ours. I could not believe how available she was, whether it be in-person appearances, or quick email responses.I have had experiences with many different realtors (and even have several realtors in my family), we actually switched to Alexis after having a terrible experience with a realtor from Keller Williams.......WE WILL NOW BE RECOMMENDING ALEXIS TO ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN THE FUTURE.

    • We have used Alexis for one sale and two purchases in the last two years. Her knowledge, work, and attention to detail were fantastic, highly recommended! I have recommended her service to friends in the past and will continue to do so.

    • Alexis was great for us in our house hunt! We were navigating through an extremely competitive market for buyers, which required quick viewings of houses and some negotiating to get exactly what we wanted from the sellers. Alexis was with us every step of the way. She is very responsive over email, phone, or text. Alexis is very knowledgeable about the local market, trends, and repair issues to watch for while choosing your new home. We were very pleased with Alexis' assistance as our realtor.

    • Alexis is fantastic, both professionally and personally. She was incredibly dedicated to helping us find our first home, and made us feel like her only client at the time even though I know she was juggling several others. She is very responsive - whether by phone, email, or text - and happily answered all of our (I'm sure overwhelming) first-time home buyer questions. Alexis made searching for a home fun! She was very aware of our must-haves and nice-to-haves (and do-not-wants), and worked hard to help us find the perfect place for us. Knowing it was our first time, Alexis was also very thorough in walking us through all parts of the home buying process - from getting us to objectively think through the pros and cons of specific houses, to helping us navigate the ins and outs of the offer process - she was knowledgeable and helpful through it all. Alexis also has a great list of preferred service vendors (e.g., home inspectors, contractors) which was incredibly useful. I fully trusted her to advocate for us and get us the best possible deal, and she did a terrific job.One of the most convenient things about working with Alexis was her use of electronic-signatures. I travel frequently for work and was afraid that my schedule would negatively impact our ability to make offers or close on a house, but her use of e-signatures made dealing with all of the paperwork simple and efficient, no matter the location. On top of all of Alexis' professional assets, she's just an all-around wonderful person. She's considerate, charismatic, caring, and has an awesome sense of humor. (You won't believe the thoughtful and generous closing gifts she gave us - she really took time and energy thinking through what we would actually appreciate rather than giving us something generic (or nothing at all)). She was really a joy to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone searching for an outstanding Realtor.

    • We have purchased two houses and sold one with Alexis. The first purchase was in 2012 (a 203k financed project), the second sell/buy upgrade was in 2016. She is a project manager for every aspect of the transaction - friendly informational conversations, data gathering, showings, valuation, MARKETING for the sell, negotiation price but also for the little details that matter, inspections and closing coordination. Now double that (for a sell/buy)! She's an absolute pleasure to work with.

    • After a terrible experience with a realtor we found through Redfin who told us we could never find a house that we loved in our budget we set out to find someone who would support us. We got referrals from co-workers as well as our mortgage loan officer, scoured the internet for realtor interview questions, and set out to find the best person.Alexis was the first realtor we met with after we ditched our first realtor and by about halfway through our list of questions my parter and I were in love with her. We did our due diligence and met with the other people two, but Alexis was definitely the right fit for us.Alexis was focused on our needs and our budget. She never showed us anything that was completely off base. We are first time home buyers and given our small budget it did take quite a few showings to find the right place, but she never gave up on us or made us feel like we were wasting her time.Due to buying a foreclosure our closing process was arduous to say the least, but Alexis had excellent references for inspectors, she was extremely communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way, and she was always available when we needed her (which was often). We will 110% use Alexis when we are ready to sell and find another home and in the mean time we will continue to sing her praises and pass her name on to anyone looking for a home.
