Alfred and his team did a great job! We had an offer on the 2nd day after the mega open house and it was sold after two weeks on the market. When Alfred toured my home, he knew exactly what needed to be repaired, cleared out, adjusted, etc. to get the house sold. I was skeptical about spending money on repairs, clearing some things out, etc., but he was right because it sold right away. In retrospect, I can see now that if the repairs he suggested weren't done, it still might not be sold - or I would have had to take a much lower price. The other thing that was so incredibly helpful is that Alfred has connections with some really great vendors who did professional, quality work - and made themselves available right away. I was very pleased with the results. Lesson: You can trust Alfred's expertise in so many areas!
