Alice advised me to just sign all the closing forms without reading them. She got upset when I said I'd like to take my time and understand what they say. She then walked out of the closing and told me it's not her job to be there and that her job ended after the offer and that everything else had been a favor to me. She went on a tirade about how I'm not grateful to have her as a realtor and she is the only reason I got the house. She went into a vicious tirade of personal attacks. She had apparently taken exception (unbeknownst to me) that as a first time home buyer, I asked too many questions, which she felt was "challenging her". She said she has four other first time homebuyers and they wouldn't dare question what she says... Bottom line, I got the house. Prior to that, she had been alright. Aside from tardiness and being somewhat scattered, she was fine. I would not use her inspector, he was subpar and hand waved a lot of it. She does not have much VA loan experience.
