We always knew that selling the Granite Falls property that had been owned by our family for 63 years would be a huge challenge..60 acres of farm and forest land, two houses, a lake and a pond. We looked at more than fifteen houses before choosing the first one she selected for us.Of course, there were glitches along the way which always threw us into panic mode (the county's inaccurate parcel numbers, a bullying buyer representative, new home inspection results) but Alicia calmly and efficiently dealt with the problems and was always in control.Throughout the time we spent with Alicia Brown our gratitude only increased. Now we are settled in our lovely new house and the buyers of our beloved farm property are thrilled with their new location. A happy ending!
