Alicia King

I grew up in Florida, have lived here my entire life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Early in my adult life I discovered that I had a passion for real estate and that passion continues on to this day. Though I learned early that I loved real estate, I continued my studies by attending the University of South Florida, eventually earning three bachelor’s degrees, in Marketing, Business Management and Accounting. My passion for real estate started with the first home I purchased in 2005. As an investment property, I could see both the security and wealth opportunity possible through real estate. I then obtained my Real Estate Agent Associates license in 2007. I continued my real estate training and education, earning my broker’s license in the earliest possible time frame, based on a two year minimum time requirement as a sales associate.
