We just closed a week ago with this Alicia and her assistant Rob. We didn't have planned to buy a house since it was not planned to move at all. We had very little saved to purchase a house, but under unfortunate events, we had to find a place to live ASAP. They both took very good care of us. They were patient, kind, and very willing for our needs. Every question we had (which were a lot, being first time home buyers) they answered immediately and in detail. Always updated us on where the process was at, even when we didn't ask for it. It was a very smooth process and a pleasure to have gotten our home through them. They set us up with a great house that we love, and given we didn't have a lot to offer since it wasn't planned to buy a house; they took very good care of us.
