MY husband and I were looking for property in a seemingly impossible place and at a seemingly impossible price but Alicia, was great! She was very willing and eager to show us properties. She never told us no. She did her research and found us a house, but that was half the battle. The listing realtor was giving us a hard time closing but Alicia didn't give up. Even though she was busy with other things she never once treated us like we were difficult or trouble she answered all of our phone calls and text no matter what time of day it was. She was great! Ok, so I have bought and sold real estate for years as a private buyer and seller and have become familiar with what it takes to be a real estate agent and a good agent. Alicia is a great agent because she knows the market she works in, services her clients on both sides of the table buying or selling a property, and understands values and financing. Not only does she make sure your deal is working in the way you are looking for it to but her husband Lloyd is a mortgage banker. That being said, they are a team that is ready, willing, and able to get things done in a fashion that makes sense and have a vested relationship interest in seeing your deal gets done. It has been my experience that when you do financing with a real estate agent who sends the client to a mortgage banking/brokerage firm your agent is less in control of the timing being the agent is doing his or her business and the mortgage banker or broker is doing theirs on a daily basis. This means when they speak it may not be on a daily basis. In this case, you have a husband and wife team, so the time between calls or discussions on the finance aspect of your deal by either of them is negated by the team being husband and wife. Both Alicia and Lloyd have excellent insight as to the respective market components that they bring to the table for your deal,so when you hire Alicia you are hiring a "home team" that works to get your deal done

I have two kids and my husband and I both work full time, Alicia made this process so much smoother for us! I would recommend working with her before any other agent. Time management is one of my biggest peeves, I did not have to worry about any scheduling issues dealing with Alicia!
