The house listed was perfect for my family who outgrew our former home. When we called the number, within minutes we received a call back from Alicia who told us that the house in our old neighborhood was already sold, however, she would be happy to look at our house and help us sell it. We met on Wednesday of the following week at 9 am. Alicia was on time. After touring the house, she pointed out a few things she wanted us to fix. Before coming to the meeting, she had already surveyed our house and gave us a price range for how much it would sell. She was right! Also, Alicia wanted to make sure we find our new home before she lists the old one. Even though we were qualified for a loan trough another lender, Alicia recommended a loan officer who was able to lower our interest rate by almost a point. We had an offer within 24 hours from the time our house was listed. We sold our house on May 12th for $5,500 over the listed price. We closed on our new home on May 17th.
