WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! AMAZINNNNNGGGG AGENT!!!! I had another agent who had listed our house below value $279k, we met Alina at a party and in our conversation asked if she knew a buyer. On the spot she looked at our home and expressed concerns about the pricing of the home being under valued. Needless to say we terminated our relationship with the other agent 3 months later and contacted Alina to list. Alina listed our home and within 8 hours had us under contract with $60k above what the other agent was listing the house at. She is a FORCE to be reckon with, so far we have sold and bought 2 homes with her
