I started my real estate career in 2003 with Re/max and have been going strong ever since! Through the years, I have "fine tuned" my business practices to become a more effective, efficient and over all well rounded in all aspects of buying and selling real estate. My listings tend to sell at a higher percentage price than the average selling homes in the area, and my purchases are being bought at a more aggressive price point. I negotiate most successfully for my clients. I pride myself on knowing the market place both for the marketing of my properties for sale, as well as the pricing and various other variables involved with purchasing properties.
