Unprofessional to say the lease !

Horrible interaction with Alison Shain! She’s a property manager for BH Real-Estate and refuses to maintain a safe and habitable living conditions to the properties she manages! She’s a liar and has attempted to charge the tenant for maintenance guy checking ac unit who agreed it was in need of repairs but warned us Alison would deny the claim and to get second opinion and then Alison claimed there is nothing wrong so tenate got 2 second opinions stating many issues that are costing tenate hundreds of dollars! When she was confronted she threatened to evict tenate tenate retaliation.. there has been 2 other problems with Alison other than this!!

You have to ask yourself if you would do business with someone who won’t go out of there way to help you in your time of need but when you inform them based on the way they handle themselves throughout an experience, about a looming review you get this response, “I’m very sorry you feel that way. Should we find any of your negative reports/reviews along with this email of your intent to do such malice behavior we will forward to our attorney and seek full prosecution according to the law. Thank you. Alison shain Broker/Owner!”

She does not respond to phone calls; she does not reach out to possible rental clients. Her assistant is rude on the phone. She makes exaggerated complaints to other agents attempting to contact her. It also appears that she has an undisclosed interest in one of the properties listed on her website - 2010 Alberti Ct. as verified by the Clark County Assessor's office, Nevada.

This woman is extremely unprofessional and blatantly rude! She is condescending towards potential clients and lies. She will take your money for application fees all the while knowing she is going to reject them. Please do not do business with her. I have never come across a person whom conducts themselves in this manner and I hope no one has to experience the discrimination my family did. If I could rate zero stars I would!

I reached out to Alison regarding a rental this week. She was unprofessional and unreasonable. I asked whether I could transmit documents to her electronically given the covid-19 situation and she refused to entertain the idea. I feel sorry for the owners who she represents in regards to the property because they are likely losing money due to her lack of rationality in regards to business.

Alison is terrible. I was going to rent a home from her. I show up there is no one there, and then her runner comes out and has an attitude. After our encounter with the runner Alison calls me YELLING at me telling me that If i had read the email right then I would have known she doesn’t work at the office and that I didn’t fill out the last page of the application (which I did) she said she was automatically rejecting me and hangs up. Her email never stated that she wasn’t working in the office. I’ve never encountered such a unprofessional, disgusting attitude before. I honestly feel bad for her. I leave this review because I would hate to see more people get treated like that.

I wish I could give zero stars, I'm so disappointed. It's almost like she doesn't want to do business. I am eager to apply for a specific property that she is handling, but she is very dismissive and doesn't answer any of my questions/concerns. Not one question was answered or even addressed. She doesn't answer her phone, just directs you to her email. So I patiently emailed. I thought I was receiving automatic replies at first, but turns out she was just blatantly ignoring my messages and responding with redundant and unhelpful one sentence emails.

Alison is extremely rude and disrespectful. In an attempt to rent a property she represented, she was rude, short unrealistically and unreasonable. The property that was represented was in mediocre condition and being advertised for as is. Yet ms shain made the experience just to do the application process unbearable with ridiculous demands including and appointment just to turn in the application. after being fed up with her ludicrous antics i simply didnt feel good about going forward with the property and dealing with her. So my realtor and i declined to move forward with it. to which alison decides to let me know that i can no longer apply for that property for the property at all. Which clearly was fine since i declined the property in the middle of the process. i found her to be very angry and an overall deeply narcissistic personality. It would be best to not even deal with ms shain at all.
