My name is Alla Sientistky. I’m the owner broker of Resort Realty,a full service real estate agency specializing in both residential propertiesand commercial real estate in Sullivan County. I came from Russia and planted roots in Sullivan County. As a child, growing up on farm in the Northern Caucuses, I would watch with awe the distant peaks of Mount Elbrus.They were always in the background and alive in my imagination. The Catskills reawaken those memories of my childhood. Not just the mountains but the rural landscapes, the sensual hills and lush valleys, and the people—kind, hard working, unspoiled. Opening a real estate business I felt passionately about this area and all that it has to offer. Perhaps that’s why I am so determined to find buyers the property of their dreams, or the sellers help them to sell their properties and fulfill their financial dreams.
