In spite of a time consuming crisis in his own life, he was always just a phone call away. He was comforting, understanding and very knowledgeable. Allan had time to take phone calls from my Daughter in Alaska and met, personally, with my Son answering all their questions patiently to their satisfaction. Through it all I never felt pressured or rushed. All decisions were mine and mine alone. Allan had, at his fingertips, a Professional photographer whose pictures of my home were outstanding. The home Inspector he hired was trustworthy and pleasant to work with. Allan is a Master at friendly negotiations. I saw it in action many times. (In fact, I believe he has a degree in negotiations).
