Ill be honest, I had my reservations on using a realtor at all during the buying process, but Im sure happy that I did. Allen provided detailed information into all the particular houses I expressed interest in buying and always arrived at the location well before our scheduled meetings. Allen was quick to respond to any inquires I had and was almost always available, if he wasnt he would reach out via text, email, or phone call based on my preference and always working around my schedule. Allen isnt old school and takes advantage of newer technology that help streamline the documentation process, as there is a lot of documentation to go through.
