I had an investment property in SW Atlanta that I had frankly given up on. I had tried on and off for a few years to sell or rent the property all to no avail.Once Allen got involved, things started to move. I hired Allen as my selling agent for a property I owned in Smyrna, GA. I live in Houston, TX, but Allen made the entire process seamless for me. I never had to travel to Atlanta. Once listed, Allen aggressively marketed the property by having an open house within three days of listing the property. His strategy on the list price worked! We had five offers on the property within 1 week of listing. Furthermore, the buyer demand pushed the buyer's offer price up to our desired sale price. The property closed practically within 30 days of being listed. I couldn't have asked for a better seller's agent experience.
