Allesen Cann

I engaged Allesen to sell my townhome located outside of the perimeter, and I know that I when I am ready to buy again, she will be my agent. I have a very hectic work schedule and a special needs dog which doesn't always work well when trying to show a home. Allesen made sure that every agent who looked at my home was aware of my special circumstances and took my needs into consideration. She consistently made herself available when I could not be and never failed to communicate with me.

Allesen helped us sell our home during the summer of 2018. She patiently walked us through the whole process, making sure we understood ever detail. Our home sold incredibly fast due to Allesens marketing and choice of photographers, and her sales strategy resulted in 5 offers all above asking price! She was incredibly thorough in reviewing the offers with us to help us make the best decision. She was always available to answer questions, and made sure we were aware of every important date/deadline while we were under contract. We were always confident that our interests were being taken care of well.

Let me start with saying I'm not an easy guy to deal with due to my Type-A personality. However, I can say for sure that Allesen is someone that not only kept up with everything I needed, but also maintained an entirely professional attitude throughout all of my nonsense. I've bought and sold property a few times over the years and there are too many agents out there that do the bare minimum just to collect the commission. This is not Allesen. Allesen cares and knows every angle of the business to make sure you are covered in your contracts and getting the best deal. She's a true professional and I 110% recommend her. I will use her again on my next property transaction (if she's willing to put up with me).
