As a first-time homebuyer, Allie made the process approachable, less intimidating, and fun! We often reached out to her for the most basic of questions, but she always made us feel better after chatting. After taking us around to a few different homes, Allie was prepared to work quickly once we found the one that we wanted. We can't wait to work with her again on the next home!

Prior to meeting Allie, we had been looking for our home for nearly 6 months. Allie was recommended to us by our previous realtor who was leaving the residential market. Even though he was with a different company, he noticed Allie's easy-going vibe and said she was a pleasure to work with. When we started working with Allie we were sick and tired of looking at houses and Allie's relaxed/comforting demeanor was what we needed. Luckily, after a few showings with Allie we found our home. She helped us through the stressful process of closing with ease and still checks in with us from time to time

We have bought two homes and sold one with Allie. Weve followed her across brokerages even! We met her at an open house years ago and are so lucky to have run into her. She is personable, smart, trustworthy, and a barrel of laughs! She took extreme measures to help find us a home in Denver, when we lived in Austin. So many videos were shot and she was very straightforward about the houses she saw. Fast forward and she tried to get us another agent while she was on maternity leave. In the end, she was the one to help us close on our second home. Oh and got us over what we expected in selling our home. A cash, two week close offer, the first weekend. Shes amazing.

Allie was the best realtor we could have asked for! She was patient and diligent and sold our house within just a couple of hours of it being on the market. She then quickly found us our forever home in the neighborhood we have been wanting to live in for years, within just a couple of days. She is simply the best and are fortunate to have worked with her.

We started working with Allie in January of 2020 as we started building a house. The timing worked out that we had to sell our existing home in April, right when the height of quarantine was happening. Needless to say, the environment was incredibly stressful with all of the unknowns. Allie took away the majority of the stress with constant communication and transparency. She was a true advocate for our needs, both with the home building company (and we had a ton of questions) and in selling our home. She went above and beyond for us, making sure to attend walk throughs of the new build, providing estimates and experts for inspection. Overall Allie made it a wonderful experience during a very tumultuous time and we are in our new home. Would 100% recommend her.

Allie was fantastic to work with. She really knows the market, and helped us sell our house to when we were ready, but also what was best in the current market. She sold our house fast! She is so personable and professional, and was on our team 1000%. I cannot recommend her enough!
