All five stars...very happy with the Estabrooks. They walked us through the process. Answered calls and texts quickly. Wouldnt have happened without their help.

My husband and I bought our house 5 years ago and the Estabrooks were the listing agents. When we decided to sell a few months ago there was no question but that we would be calling them back! They are both very professional, positive and make you feel from the first contact that they have your best interest at heart and that they are going to work hard for you. They are a class act!

Allison's market knowledge proved very profitable for me and made the sales process a breeze. The listing and sales price were higher than I expected and still went under contract in less than 72 hours. Allison rocks!!!

Dave and Allison go over and beyond what is expected from a realtor! I work long, crazy hours and if it werent for Dave meeting inspectors, talking to my bank, helping my insurance company, sending paperwork everywhere, and negotiating with the seller, I would never be in the house of my dreams! What an amazing team they are. I cannot thank them enough for all they did to make this happen. You would be foolish to use anyone else in St Petersburg.
