Allison was absolutely incredible to work with. We spent the month of February in Pinehurst to see if we wanted to live there. We reached out to Allison after we were given her name by a member of the Pinehurst Newcomers Group. Within four hours she sent us a file of 25 homes that she felt would meet our needs. When we indicated the homes we would like to look at, she quickly arranged visits for us. After we settled on a home, Allison quickly and efficiently processed the offer. After it was accepted, we returned to our current home in New York. Allison did an incredible job of handling all of the legwork that was necessary to complete the transaction knowing that we were 800 miles away. She continually gave us recommendations for the people we would need to complete the transaction such as mortgage companies, lawyers, home inspectors, etc. She was always available if there was anything we needed to see the transaction through to conclusion. No matter how many times we spoke, she always concluded the transaction by stating that we should let her know if there was anything she could do for us. We would definitely recommend Allison to anyone who is interested in purchasing real estate in the Pinehurst area.

She does not take you to see just anything. You know shes done her research to locate the best matches out there. It didnt take long to zero in on the property that we wanted to purchase.
