She was very upfront with what she would do to support and then followed through. Allison supplied comps to us immediately and went through our options to sell the house as is or to upgrade certain things that may help the house to sell. She actually helped us paint and clean areas of the house. She conducted an open house. The house was under contract the same day. She pushed for a quick closing and continued to communicate with us daily. I would recommend her to anyone who is out there wanting to sell or buy.

As we are both teachers and are raising a young child we valued move-in ready on a budget. We found a perfect fit in a great neighborhood in the town we desired! Through the process Allison showed a tremendous amount of patience as we requested showing after showings. She had incredible optimism that we would find the right home, especially after we made our first offer on a foreclosure that we lost out on to a cash investor. Allison was incredibly responsive, we had communication from early morning emails to late night texts, she was always willing to respond throughout the process at times most convenient to us. We experienced an incredibly smooth purchase on the home, no doubt thanks to the communication Allison had with our lender, we had heard lots of horror stories on closings and while a couple bumps came up, for us it was radon mitigation all things worked out in our favor. Allison sold the camp in 7 month. - The camp went up for sale at a reasonable price in 2015. No luck by the first family member trying to sell the camp using a Local real estate agent. Per the "Local" real estate's advice, we gradually lowered the price, still no luck. Beginning of 2017, I was asked to take over the responsibility selling the camp. I called around and a professional family friend suggested to use Allison Pilitsis. Allison was busy but she realized we needed help! Allison living 2 hours (100 miles) away "Not Local" to the area took over. Creating all new pictures, restage the area, cleaned up the camp and researched the area for clients. SOLD
