Probably one of the best realtors I have ever worked with - and we've had A LOT of realtors! Allyson hones in on what your likes/dislikes are pretty quickly and helps get you the home of your dreams. She helped us find the EXACT home that hit every button for us and also helped us maneuver a longer-than-normal close process very gracefully. Love this lady - and I'm sure you will too..

Allyson Venglik was incredibly knowledgeable, positive, communicative, and creative when it came to selling our home. She is not one of those agents whose main selling tactic is to get her sellers to lower the price. Allyson thinks outside the box and works hard! She is great at finding clever solutions as she has a "we'll find a way" attitude. Another thing we really appreciated is her high level of communication in a world where real estate has become highly automated. Instead of having showing requests sent to an app on our phones where there is no point of pre-sale or information gathering, she communicated directly with agents about each one of our showing requests, giving them additional info on the house and creating rapport before they even walked through our door. Additionally, Allyson's wonderful partner, Paula, was always there to assist, and she helped host multiple open houses for us. We can honestly say we have never known an agent like Allyson; we only wish we found her sooner. Her hard work, positive attitude, and extensive knowledge made working with her an absolute pleasure!
