Almas S Khan is doing unethical practice .We do not recommend her at all. We have all the details and proofs how she is doing unethical work. Almas does not provide disclosure while handling with one than one client putting the bid for the same house. She was representing us as a buyer agent for the house "34 continental Rd,Morris Plains,NJ 07950".She did not disclose that she is also representing another buyer. This is very unethical and not the justice for the client represented. We believe that even Almas shared our bid with another buyer that result in an increased higher bid from another her preferred buyer post we submitted the bid. Almas shares the seller information to preferred buyer clients if she is seller agent. She was seller agent for the house "7 Battle ridge Rd,Morris Plains,NJ 07950" and shared lot of personal information about the seller in the market. This was her first seller agent experience till now. Almas force people to choose her as a realtor and if a person does not want to go for it then she start misbehaving and creating an unhealthy environment around the area. She force people to give 5 stars and good review . Almas you should stop doing unethical Practices otherwise I have to take next step and discuss with New Jersey Real State Commission.
