AJ helped me with my first home purchase. I used a VA home loan and was very weary about the process, but AJ knew exactly what was going on. He helped me check out a couple of different neighborhoods until I narrowed my search to Lakeview. I ended up choosing the neighborhood, because AJ was able to show me that my investment in the neighborhood was a wise choice based on the desirability of the neighborhood and its proximity to things that were important to me: notably public transportation and a very walkable neighborhood. I know that eventually my young family will outgrow this condo, and I'll be sure to turn to AJ again for my next purchase.
