As a 1st time buyer, I have to admit: I was a little skeptical even though Maria came recommended. Maria was personable, down to earth and assuring. Right at the time she and I began actually looking, life-altering turn of events had come into play. Maria, empathetic to my situation immediately offered to postpone our search. One would think from a realtor that's not possible! Maria is the definite exception. Although I was right smack in the middle of a setback, I had waited too long to not see the life long dream/goal through its entirety. Working with Maria De La Torre on the purchase of my new home was nothing less than awesome. As a returning combat vet, I was looking for someone to help guide me through the VA home loan process. Maria was able to do that and much, much more. Due to my demanding schedule, my time for viewing homes was not the greatest. I was only available on weekends after 6 p.m. and once or twice on weekdays at sporadic hours. Maria was flexible and able to accommodate me whenever my schedule opened up. She was able to have homes lined up for me to view on a moments notice, which was extremely exceptional. Maria was very nice and attentive throughout the whole process. Even after we closed escrow and we were moved in to our beautiful new home, she still called and checked up on us. She let us know, if there was anything else she could do for us, not to hesitate and call her. Now thats a sign of a true professional, I look forward to working with Maria again in the future.
