Alvin and his team were absolutely fantastic in helping me relocate to the Dallas area from out of state. He was very attentive in understanding what I was looking for and didn't try to push me toward more expensive properties that didn't match my criteria. As a first-time homebuyer, I had lots of questions about the purchase process and many other things—Alvin was a wealth of information and knowledge, and was always extremely prompt. He clearly has a lot of experience in this area, as I am able to see that several of the houses I looked at (including the one I purchased) have now sold for within a very few thousand of what he estimated. He has provided several good recommendations (lenders, services, etc), including lots of helpful suggestions and advice on my remodeling plans. There's no question in my mind, Alvin's my guy, and I would recommend him without any hesitation.
