We sold our home within one day of putting it up for sale. That feat was accomplished by the outstandingeffort of our broker ALYSON SILVERMAN. To begin with, she prepared our home by organizing & packing excess items in our home. She managed to rid of of bags & bags of trash & extra items that were over 20 years old that had to be shredded.Many pictures of family were taken off the walls & were prepared for the movers. Alyson helped me sell my condo in Thousand Oaks, CA back in January 2017. I wanted to work with Alyson because she has been in the real estate business for well over 10 years, which gives her a unique insight on market conditions and trends.After executing the contract and picking our open house dates, I immediately saw the results of her experience in action. After that, she began the marketing campaign with comprehensive advertising on all key online real estate apps, facebook, craigslist, and even passed out flyers to the neighbors! Stephanie goes above and beyond what is expected in a realtor! She takes time out of her day to come and help you get your place ready for sale and just makes the whole process easier. My brother and I had to sell my moms condo and Stephanie came over to help go through her stuff. If it werent for her I would still be going through her stuff and it would have taken longer to sell.
