My girlfriend and I were first time home buyers and had a great experience with Alysse. We spent several months visiting homes before we found one we really liked. During this time Alysse was an incredible resource for any questions and concerns we had, and was great about showing us homes we were financially comfortable with that still met our needs. She has a lot of knowledge and experience with the DFW area and real estate in general, and was an overall pleasure to work with. Even since closing on our home, she's followed up with us multiple times to check in and see how things are going smoothly. We definitely recommend her and would work with her again.

Folks who are buying homes - The threat to be duped by unethical sell-side realtors is real. Sellers own all the risk. DO NOT work with the same agent on buying / selling a property, while allowable in Texas this practice is illegal in other states due to lobbyists. There are also massive conflicts of interest working with agents who buy and sell for a typical brokerage. Typical realtors and their brokerages get paid more when the price is higher and deals go through. Typical realtors have financial incentives to convince you to buy a property (even if it's a poor investment) and to pay more for it. It's just not possible for them to represent your interests with this setup. Eyes wide open folks, typical realtors and brokerages are scummy and setup to take advantage of buyers. What to do? Only way to guarantee someone is working for your interest is to work with a buy side only realtor like Alysse. She helped me avoid getting stuck with a property with foundation issues and also counterweight against an unethical realtor that was failing to provide necessary reports and information. Alysse also does a great job on comps, negotiations strategy, and interpreting a selling agent's tactics and objectives. Very responsive, very knowledgeable and has great tools to work on documents over email efficiently and quickly. Forget the typical realtors and their conflicts of interest, often poor level of service, and ridiculous commissions and hire Alysse - you won't regret it.

This is a repeat transaction with Alysse Musgrave who also helped us buy our primary residence. She is an excellent, hard working, exclusive buying agent whose experience from multiple buy-side transactions really shows. Alysse prepared well on all houses that we were interested in with important background information, for example, on previous foundation work sometimes even from a decade ago. This time Alysse helped us find an investment home in Plano. She carefully advised us on what homes were attractive for tenants and easier to maintain without owner-occupancy - and, more importantly, which houses might not be! In a very hot market, Alysse enabled us to close quickly and smoothly and we already found tenants for our house. I can highly recommend Alysse for both primary residence and investment property purchases.

I would strongly recommend Alysse if you are looking for a buyer's agent. She is very good with what she does and always considers what your are looking for in a house. She doesn't try to rush you into a decision when you're not ready.I was looking for an exclusive buyers agent and was very happy with Alysse. From when we first met over coffee to discuss what I was looking for, I knew she was the right agent for me. She is a terrific Buyer's Agent who understands the process, can identify a house with issues in no time and communicates fully, frequently and understandably. Being a first time homebuyer as well as being from out-of-state, I had my worries and concerns about how best to proceed with homebuying.
