Two things that are striking about Amanda's work is her responsiveness and warmth. She would readily arrange to show us listings, accommodating our own work schedules. She arranged access to gated communities when we wanted to drive around on our own to get a feel for the neighborhood. I am rating negotiating skills at 4 stars because she has not convinced us to purchase a home yet! This is actually to her credit because, she showed us the listings with the full understanding that we would only make a decision when we are ready.

From my initial meeting with Amanda until closing, I have nothing but praise about how Amanda handled the sale of my unit. She is a highly-skilled agent who constantly demonstrates a professional demeanor. Her communication is timely and her follow-through skills are excellent. I felt that I always knew where I was throughout the process of selling my unit. She made me feel confident that existing clients would be interested in the unit. She felt that the unit would be an attractive property in the downtown St. Petersburg market. After a second showing (approximately 3-5 days on the market), I got a call from Amanda that there was an interested party that ultimately led to the sale of the unit!

We moved to Nashville from St. Pete in October 2016 before we were able to sell our house and Amanda was instrumental in making a stressful, frustrating experience a very positive one. She took over the listing of our house in Shore Acres in early December and from the beginning we knew we were in good hands. This hard work and tenacity was directly responsible for the increased interest the property received during this time and led to subsequent quick offers. I loved my neighborhood in the Edge district of St. Pete, its a very special area thats up and coming (but established to those of us who had been living there for eight+ years). Amanda knew so much about the area, I would have thought she had been a long time resident too! As a first-time seller, I had a lot of questions and Amanda was patient and very knowledgeable; she explained everything in detail (probably more than once!) to me when needed. She arranged to have my place professionally painted and staged, and did a lot more than I thought an agent was required to do. She kept in contact with me via regular texts, emails and phone calls, and I never had to wait for her to return a call or message. She sold my place in less than three months at a price I was very happy with, and I didnt need to return to FL for any of it. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Now that Im looking for a new home, I wish I could clone her as my agent in my new location!
