Amanda was the best realtor I have ever teamed up with. She was so responsive to me during and after my sale and she was always friendly. Since I lived in DC, I just wanted the property sold quickly because I couldnt manage the upkeep or the taxes. Amanda Cash at Cash Real Estate not only found me a home for a good price in a sellers market quickly, she was also able to procure me a reasonable mortgage with discounts upfront. At the same time Amanda Cash was able to sell my daughters home for 10% over a very reasonable asking price. Concurrent with that, a friend two doors down from my daughters, Amanda Cash helped him with a very challenging property to sell, not only sell it for well above asking but she was able to negotiate a purchase for him below asking and provided him with a mortgage as well. She was even able to negotiate $15K from the sellers for him to use for moving expenses, I have heard the term Wonder Woman, but Amanda Cash owns it now!!!

Amanda is a great Agent who cares and has great knowledge and life changing connections. I was turned down for an investment mortgage loan from my bank. Amanda hooked me up with a mortgage guy who got me approved for not 1 but 4 rental properties and I ended up buying 4 properties with her help. she also hooked me up with an insurance guy who saved me a bunch of money and gave me more coverage!She went to bat for me and made sure I wasn't getting the short end of the stick on any deal. keeping sellers accountable for things they should be accountable for. She made sure a seller paid for a re inspection fee becacuse they were at fault for having the second inspection. Another example of how she is a great buyers agent, is it was the day of a closing. The city inspector couldn't get a hold of the out of state owner of the house I was about to buy. I had the water scheduled to be on in my name and the inspector got my name though the water records. he called me and said I had less than 48 hours to remove the massive amount of trash that was infront of the house that was left behind from the tenant or he would give me a fine of up to $1,000.This wasn't even my hosue yet. Amanda went to work and made sure the trash was removed just a few hours later and the cost went to the sellers end. That's an agent who cares! I would highly reccommend her.
