Amanda was an incredible realtor. From the moment we began speaking to her, we felt as if we were her only clients; indeed, she took her time and was incredibly patient with us as we muddled through the process of purchasing a foreclosure. Amanda answered all of our questions and never made us feel ridiculous for asking a question. She became like family in a few short months with how often we spoke, texted, emailed, and met - she genuinely CARED about us. Let me tell you about Amanda Grandy who started out as my realtor and who I now consider a dear friend. I had a very difficult property to sell which was the subject of an estate battle between several parties that could not agree that the sun was shining if they were blinded by it. To say that Amanda went above and beyond would be short selling her. We got it sold before a court ordered deadline where it would have gone on the auction block only because of Amanda's extra eff...orts. She practically lived in the house on weekends with the amount of open houses she scheduled. Basically, once the deal was agreed to by everyone, I had to do nothing. Every person that needed to be hired from home inspectors to stucco repairmen, Amanda arranged. And she arranged it at a great price. I can not think of any accolade she wouldn't be entitled to - because she has earned them all. That's why I didn't hesitate to engage Amanda when buying my new house. Needless to say that transaction went off without a hitch as well. I am equally satisfied with her attention to detail as to this purchase, which is of no surprise. Amanda and Tammy have been rockstars on this transaction. This will be my fifth house in 14 years and they are by far the best agents I have worked with. My purchase is one of the more complex transactions possible (VA Renovation from long distance), and they have been the smoothest part of the whole process from finding the house, handling negotiations and being my eyes on the ground for the renovation process.
