Amanda Hilderbrand

This was our first time buying a house and Amanda overall did a great job. Our house search lasted over a year and she was very patient and helpful during the whole process. Amanda was always very knowledgeable and worked to get us everything we wanted.

My experience with Amanda was fantastic. As my buying agent, she had our best interest in mind. She was really looking out for us. As my selling agent, I was surprised at what she suggested for an asking price. She got me top dollar and I was not expecting it!. Amanda is very personable and fun too!

Amanda was awesome! Made the experience easy and enjoyable. She replied to my inquiries whether phone call, text or email day, night and weekends very timely. I would use her again no question.

Amanda was delightful to work with. She was accommodating, always available & was very helpful & had great ideas!

Amanda did a great job working with up to sell our house in February. February is not a good time of year to sell but Amanda's perseverance and dedication payed off for all parties. If we were looking to purchase our new home in the area I would have no concerns about using Amanda. Thanks for the good work.

Amanda did an excellent job handling the listing, sale, and closing of our house. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to making the process as least stressful as possible. Even through these challenging times she was able to get our house listed, do virtual showings, and close the deal. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great Realtor. Thank you Amanda!

Amanda was great to work with. She understood our wants and needs, and put those into finding us our perfect first home.
