Amanda knew exactly what we were looking for and called us immediately when she saw the house that we eventually bought. We never would have looked at it prior to her calling but are thankful we did as it was perfect for us. Working with Amanda was a great experience and I have already recommended her to friends! It was our good fortune to meet Mandy at an open house and we recognized immediately that she is the type of person we wanted to work with. Many in my area priced too high originally and ended up on the market for several hundred days. Amanda's knowledge, pricing strategy, home staging, and professional photos were all amazing. Amanda Saunders was extremely efficient and always helpful. She was quick to respond to any questions and problems we had (she did not disappear once the contract was signed!). She connected us to a mortgage broker who was able to obtain a favorable loan for us. Amanda has also recommended several vendors (insurance, home improvements)that we have subsequently used. My husband and I met Amanda through a relocation company Sirva. We were relocating from Boston to Philly. We were given a list of agents that we would could interview and then select from. Amanda was great my husband met her first and she helped us narrow down the areas that we wanted to look in, she would take my husband out on tours of neighborhoods in prospective cities and towns. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable in her craft, she asked us all the right questions, she was always available, quick to get back to us, and many times cleared her schedule to take us out house hunting:) Amanda also sold the house that we bought nine months later, as we were relocating again. Our house sold in a week! We were truly happy and would highly recommend Amanda.
