Amanda has helped us with our personal residence and a 4 Plex in Prineville. For our personal home moving here from Colorado she spent several days going through numerous houses with me. She adapted to our changing requirements. I am probably the worst client she has ever had but she never lost her composure or professionalism. She found us a home that worked for us. She also helped us find and purchase a multi family investment property. It was a difficult purchase for several reasons. She was able to keep both sides at the table and eventually we completed the purchase. We needed to sell a home in Washington and Amanda referred us to an agent there that has been very helpful. We would wholeheartedly recommend Amanda for anyone looking to buy or sell a house or investment property.

If I could give Amanda 6 stars I would! She is AMAZING. She truly cared about what we wanted in a property and made us feel completely comfortable in being picky with our home search. Over a few months of turning options down, she was always patient. She always gave honest opinions and put our needs first with our wide price range and never made us feel pressured to spend more than we wanted to on any particular property. Highly recommend!!!
