Amanda Jones

I dont often take the time to right recommendations because I believe people should do great work because that is what their job it but every once in a while someone goes beyond 'what is expected' and deserves acknowledgment and that is the case with my experience with Amanda Jones and the sale of my brother's property in SF as part of his estate. I will not tell the whole story but I will just mention a few of the reasons I would recommend Amanda:1. Amanda listens and then acts. She doesn't do what so many real estate people do which is to listen and then do what they want. She gives advice based on her expertise and then a decision is made and she executes2. Amanda EXECUTES!! Everything that needed to be done was done, it was done on time, correctly, no surprises and best of all she did everything within a very reasonable budget. Amanda really acted as a GC for the preparation of the house for sale and I never did anything but inspect and write a check (very good workers at very reasonable prices)3. Amanda communicated from the beginning to the end and that is so critical4. Amanda did the due diligence to make sure she understood the market and the house value accurately.Okay, that's enough, you get the point, if you need an agent to sell your house hire her and be done with it.
