Amanda Ptito, Esq.

Amanda was very knowledgeable and has excellent negotiating skills. She helped me find the perfect apartment a few years ago and now she's showing me condos to buy. Highly recommend.

I worked with Amanda to find a home and ended up buying in Wheaton. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She was responsive to my requests for showings and found additional homes that met my criteria. And her legal training gave us an edge up between offering on the house and closing. She efficiently dealt with a nervous counter-party and everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Amanda as a realtor who is professional in every way.

Amanda guided my wife and I through what would have been an extremely stressful experience. She was pleasant to work with, patient and professional. Plus, the fact that she is also a lawyer reassured us into trusting her advice. One thing Amanda did that stood out to me was that every time we met she seemed to know every single detail about the properties we were going to see and the details she knew were important to us. We could tell that she had spent the time to learn the properties prior to meeting us every time. I highly recommend working with Amanda when you are looking for your new home.

We had worked with a few realtors until we were lucky enough to find Amanda. Her knowledge of the city, the market and our needs made the process better than we could have hoped! She was a wonderful agent, I would recommend her to anyone and look forward to more purchases in the future! Thanks Amanda!

My experience with Amanda was very positive and I would highly recommend using her as an agent. Her legal and real estate background was an added bonus as we asked her to identify apartments and condos throughout Chicago. She always was well prepared and professional throughout our showings and helped us secure the perfect place.
