Amanda is wonderful to work with! Prior to meeting Amanda the idea of selling my home had me overwhelmed and scared! Amanda was knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond to help me sell my home! Amanda broke things down in a way that made sense and helped me to make decisions. When I originally met with her my home was a Realator s worst nightmare, messy, poorly furnished and disorganized. She helped me prioritize the repairs and asthetic changes I needed to make, assisted me in making these changes and even went as far as staging my home for the sale! Her knowledge and creativity about the presentation of my home allowed me to make a profit on the sell of the home! This was huge as I had went into selling just hoping to break even.
