Amanda Witherspoon

I highly recommend Amanda if you are in the market to buy or sell a house. She knows the market and how to get things done right. She sold my in-laws house for us and was able to get us our asking price.

Amanda was recommended to me by a friend, and she is easily one of my favorite realtors I have used. She was very knowledgeable about the area and allowed me to go at the pace I wanted to go (I tend to speed through some houses, and that can be very offputting to some realtors.) She helped me find my dream home. I couldnt be more happy, and I will absolutely use her again in the future!

Amanda was great! She worked hard to make sure our new build went smoothly. When the builder wouldn't respondto us, she got in contact with them right away and got answers for us. She even responded quickly to texts and calls at non traditional hours. She sold our house. quickly and explained every step since we didn't understand anything being first time home sellers. She also had a home photographer come to us that she found in our area to take great pictures of our home for the website. We didnt have to do any work! My parents were thinking about moving closer to me and all i had to do was ask Amanda to look for homes in their budget and she came through veery quickly. 100% recommend Amanda to all my family and friends. And if we choose to buy another home in the future we are definitely giving her a call!

I just recently moved Into my new home and with the help from Amanda everything went unbelievably smooth. I couldnt ask for a better realtor! She was extremely kind and informative and she made sure that every single one of my needs was met. Highly recommend her!
