Amanda Yates

Hi! I'm Amanda. I'm a small town girl who grew up on the Northshore in Louisiana and graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with Bachelor Degree in Marketing. I have over 7 years experience as a licensed Realtor. I would say my strengths lie in my marketing, negotiating ,and listening skills. I'm also an excellent communicator with an abundance of patience and enthusiasm. I have also specialized in residential property management and leasing. Real estate is my passion because it's fast paced and ever changing. You’re never doing the same thing. Each house is different, each client is different. I love the challenges and helping people with one of the biggest and exciting investments of their lives! I'm a firm believer in honesty and open communication and use that in my profession daily. Being an outgoing southern girl, I enjoy going to festivals and listening to live music, indulging in good food, spending time with family and friends, and also love to find new recipes to whip up in the kitchen.
