I didn't know Amber prior to contacting her through Zillow. I was hesitant to contact another agent through this site because the previous agents I had reached out to hadnt even bothered to respond for weeks at a time. AMBER IS DIFFERENT. She responded back less than an hour later, and gave me her cell number to contact her anytime! We set up initial houses to look at, and she really made an effort to get to know me in order to find the perfect house for me and my husband without bullying us into a home that wasn't a right fit. My husband is deployed, AND we're first time home buyers, so we needed so much additional help with closing and she was available every step of the way.
