Amber represents what the real estate industry should be, but sadly is not in a lot of cases. She was on top of every detail regarding our listing. Amber utilizes all the latest marketing tools and had our property "in front of the world" (literally) within a day or two of signing the listing. Our condo sold in thee weeks and we sold for more than I anticipated. There is no question who I will use in future rear estate endeavors and I will recommend Amber to any who ask.

Amber is such a wonderful person to work with and a very experienced Realtor. She was able to maneuver myself and my husband through the process of buying a home as first time buyers without us loosing our minds and she was so patient with us. Amber is truly the best! My husband and I couldn't believe the "above and beyond" behavior Amber did for us while negotiating our house deal. Then when we went into the closing process Amber went even further to advocate for us, and truly was our "champion" when dealing with a difficult lender. Amber worked with us as first time home buyers and as first time home sellers this year. She was great at walking us through the process, answering our questions and alleviating our concerns. Amber is absolutely amazing! She helped us to buy our first home 6 years ago and we had always felt like we were in good hands. When we went to sell that home 5 years later and buy a new one, there was no question as to who we were going to use! Whether it was 6 years ago or today, we always felt like we were her only clients (although we knew that was absolutely not true!!!).
