***AMIR AL-KHAYAT IS AN EXCELLENT BROKER / REALTOR!*** When my wife announced excitedly that she had engaged Amir to sell our rental, my first thought was “why do we need to pay a selling agent when my very sharp and capable wife is herself a realtor”? On learning that Amir runs 4 or 5 companies and manages the work of some 400-500 real estate agents, I also doubted that he could possibly have the time and energy to also do a superb job of helping us sell. I doubt no more. Amir was on the case like nobody’s business. He *personally* put in the time and effort with us, potential buyers at viewings, buyers’ agents in person and over the phone, and everyone else involved to make this the smoothest and in every sense most rewarding transaction we have ever experienced. This included Amir working one night in his office with us past 10PM conducting phone negotiations with multiple buying agents, always striving to get us the best deal and terms. Including the point at which we, exhausted just by watching the man in action, decided to accept the 2nd-highest bid because as a cash offer it seemed the faster and simpler route. In stepped apparently-inexhaustible Amir, advocating strongly that with extra work and negotiation he could resolve the highest-offer deal’s challenges so as to make it work for everyone. Which is exactly what he did (escrow closed yesterday). Throughout, Amir treated us and everyone involved with respect and integrity, kept his commitments, was great with communication, and was highly efficient and effective. We are honored to have worked with him, and we are confident that if you are also fortunate enough to work with Amir, you will agree that he is not only the consummate professional, but also a down-to-earth, humble, and honorable man.
