Made application for home, passed background and financial. Was told if current rental company gave favorable answers to questions that house would be ours. Next day was told that answers to questions came back favorable and that we were approved. Gave notice on current house. Waiting for paperwork from Amit Sachdev. Suddenly 3 more applications are now in and we aren't approved. Completely unprofessional behavior. Suspect that owner of house and Realtor are discriminatory toward homosexual applicants. Have made formal complaint to the Texas Realty Commission.

Easy to work with! Very Knowledgeable about local area, market value, closing process Good in putting right amount of offer. Always available to answer your questions.

A mean and insensitive realtor. I will never recommend him. I went to him to buy a home . He was not helpful and never showed any concern for my side. He didn't present me well in front of buyer. He has advertised multiple cash back options, Ideally if you are offering them be honest no matter what option buyer has chose. If you don't like higher cash back option then don't advertise them. I chose a higher cash back option as I already liked a house but trust me it was a big trap as he didn't favor me as a buyer in the process. He tried to scare me and made me pay higher price , he was having issues even on his so called phone support . Please if you care for your bucks go to any other realtor , he might lure you with higher cash back initially but it will turn out to be way more expensive and painful for a buyer at the end
