Amy has been instrumental and guided me through the process of buying a new home her knowledge of the Portland metro area real estate is above and beyond anybody I've ever met her guidance and talking me out of buying two homes that were subpar and waiting for the one that I really wanted was refreshing she understood I really wanted to buy a home but refused to allow me to settle for something that I would not be happy with the home that I settled for is what I was looking for and her research about the home gave me plenty of information to to go ahead and make an offer the offer was outstanding not overpriced just right and it was accepted I believe she saved me thousands of dollars by not making an overpriced offer which was accepted on our first try her guidance through the loan process and all the paperwork needed was invaluable I know that I'll definitely use her in the future for any real estate transactions I will have and I highly recommend her as an agent if you want personal prompt and outstanding service thank you Amy for you find in the home of our dreams

Amy was amazing through our home buying process! I was doubtful that we would find what we were looking for but surprisingly we found three viable candidates within a two week period and put offers in on them all! Amy was very thorough and objective in helping us to choose a property, considering the market and needed projects to bring a home up to our standard. Amy listened to our specific needs, and didnt send us houses that did not match our criteria. She really advocated for us, going above and beyond to keep both my fiance and myself aware of updates and needed action on our part. There were lots of twists and turns to the process, but Amy really came through with explaining the process and encouraging us to keep with it. To my surprise we DID find exactly what we were seeking, and were able to close in less than 30 days with a VA loan. Amy even showed up with snacks and a welcome home gift on moving day, and helped us however she could, knowing we literally had one day only to move. Amy deserves a medal!

Amy went far beyond what any other Realtor would have done! Got the house after a nightmare with a bad lender. When other people buying homes were waiting 3 weeks for home inspections Amy found one to do it in 72 hours, in a rural area! I would only buy a home from Amy, and just straight away take any recommendations she has as far as inspectors, lenders, and anything else, she has a great network of people around her to help you along with the home buying process. When you give up, usually your realtor has probably had enough too. Not Amy, she just kept coming back with ways to fix it and even found a lender to fix a broken loan, a nearly broken life, and turned it all around. Thank you Amy!
