The Howard Hanna team we worked with, Amy Brian and Ken Katis, was amazing from the start. Amy gave us so many great options for houses based off of our list of wants and needs. She kept us on track when we finally decided and was so patient with us. Ken was a miracle worker when it came to getting us the loan we needed. My husband and I just bought our first house and Amy was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us through the home buying process. If you are planning to buy a house I would absolutely recommend Amy You will love working with Amy to find the perfect home for your family. She did more than just help us find our house, she is the person who put Gary in touch with a mortgage company that works with people who don't have the best credit. When there was paperwork that needed printed to sign she printed it for us because we don't have a printer and met Gary on his way home from work so he could sign it and it was always around 8pm when her work day was already done. Like I said in my post, she went above and beyond for us. This is our first time buying a house and we had no idea what we were doing and another Realtor who wasn't so honest could have really taken advantage of that and we would have never known that we were being taken for a ride. She made the whole process so easy for us and we are so grateful

Amy...what can I say about her! Shes our very own Wonder Woman.. in a green and yellow cape! My husband and I are first time home buyers and everything was like jibberish to us. Amy explained it all so that we could understand it. Shes patient, more patient than anyone I know. After looking at a few houses, we went and looked at one on Sunday, made an offer on Monday and they accepted today! She found a house that was perfect and fit our family to a T. Amy found our family the needle in the haystack! Wed always wanted a second/vacation home, but had very specific things we each were looking for. Wed seen everything on the market, and for sale by owner, for years. We kinda gave up, but she took the initiative to carry on the search herself.
