Amy Bunyard

My overall experience with Ms. Bunyard was: She marketed my home very well. She made numerous errors in reading and interpreting contracts. Had limited knowledge to advise and give options regarding contract details (i.e contingency contracts) Became easily frustrated and argumentative with my confusion and/or lack of understanding in the process. Fees she stated she would pay were not honored on the closing documents. For me, her representation made the process extremely stressful. She stated she has sold 30 properties in 5 years and she as 2 other reviews indicate she did well for them. Make sure all discussed/promised items are in writing so they are reflected on the closing documents. (my mistake) Please research and educate yourself well regarding the rolls and responsibilities of an agent before signing a contract.
