Great experience from start to finish! Amy and Spencer were able to walk us through the process to make sure that there weren't any surprises. Even though we've been homeowners before, there's no way we could have done it without them.

Doesn’t respond to inquiries in a suitable time frame. The voicemail of claiming that she would get back to you quicker if you send a text is misleading if you have to wait several days to hear back. Any time I called, she didn’t answer. I felt completely ignored. She seems to be selective of what inquiries she wants to respond to. It’s frustrating to be seeking a home and not getting the information you seek in a timely manner. I shouldn’t have to wait days for an agent to respond, especially since it’s their job to get people in homes. If I saw her name in the future, I would avoid the listing and find someone who really is interested in helping me get into a home. I’d rather not deal with being ignored.
