Amy listed and sold my home
This is the third time we have used Amy over the years. Three times! She's that good. This is her track record: 1) selling - sold the house for over asking price 2) buying - bought the house for under asking price 3) selling - sold our other house for over asking price Her knowledge of the area is second to none and we could not be happier with her. We have had friends who could not reach their realtor when they were trying to buy (you need to strike fast in this market) but whenever we reached out, Amy was there. She negotiated our forever home for under asking price in this market so if that isn't impressive, I don't know what else to say!
