Did not want to close on a house because I found out about the area and when I mentioned that to her she sent me an email telling me that I've been under contract and if I didn't close I would lose my emd and possibly get sued by the sellers. She told me to live there for 6 months and if I didn't like it she would sell it. So far I've had a drug deal in front of my house, 3 people tried to break in, and people doing drive by paintballing that ended with people being in the hospital do to getting shot in the eyes with them. I have two little girls and my fiance living here and for her to send an email like trying to strong arm and use scare tactics to have us close on a house that we did not want is wrong. Stay clear of her, she is only looking for a commission and will take that and run. Terrible person.
